I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The holiday home was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - even exceeding expectations. Lauren has thought of everything - we really liked that the handwash, washing up liquid etc was eco-friendly and supplied in re-fillable containers, and we appreciated the cake and biscuits! The caravan is in a lovely location - the park is very well maintained and peaceful, and everyone we met was welcoming and friendly. Communication from Lauren was exceptional. We were provided with detailed information regarding the caravan's precise location, check-in, shop, prior to our arrival and the welcome book told us everything else we needed to know! We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit. Thank you!

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.

Amazing Stay at Goose Farm – A Hidden Gem! I had an incredible stay at Goose Farm! From the moment we arrived, the peaceful surroundings and stunning countryside views took our breath away. The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The farm itself is a dream for nature lovers. We enjoyed watching the animals, taking serene walks around the grounds, and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a real retreat, yet close to nearby villages and attractions for day trips. I can’t recommend Goose Farm highly enough for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Great stay for a local event at a fair price, clean and comfortable bedrooms with a good kitchen space

We had a lovely stay for my sisters 30th. The property is really impressive and was perfect for our family. Amazing communication and well stocked house and beautiful walks near by. Our only comment is the property is called honey buzz barn not honey bee like the guide said but our online shop found us in the end! Thanks again, will definitely be back/recommending to others.

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

Ash's place was exactly as described and his instructions on how to get there were very clear. I loved that the place had 3 bathroom, we stayed there with another family that had children so it was really handy! The kitchen is small like the pictures but it had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and a quick lunch. I recommend it 5/5, I will definitely book it in the future.

We spent 50 days at Fulwell House during January and February and had a fantastic stay. The house is full of character, with thick stone walls, exposed beams, and a bright, modern kitchen that became our favorite space. It felt warm, welcoming, and just right for a longer visit. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. We saw deer, foxes, badgers, pheasants, and a variety of songbirds every day—robins, wrens, finches, and more. Living abroad, it was a real treat to see so much wildlife. We fished the stream behind the house a few times (no luck!) and enjoyed miles of walks on quiet lanes. The kids and dogs were in heaven. Evenings were spent by the fire with a book or film, often with visiting friends and family. There was plenty of space for everyone. Yola was a brilliant host—friendly and responsive—and Edward, the owner, was always available if anything came up. Their support made everything easy. We’d absolutely stay again if the opportunity arises.
