Near new property under our home, wicked sea views and lots of garden, 2 mins from the beach walking, to shops, bars and cafe's. Wheel chair accessible. There is a double bed and single swab for the floor if needed. plus, a double bed couch in the lounge. We have bassinet for small children Coffee and tea provided with full washing machine & kitchen. This is a flat downstairs. We are on a quiet street, not far from Bus Stops, the Beach, Browns Bay, Long Bay, North Harbour Stadium, Albany Mall, and Massey University. There is a small Patio area outside this unit with its own Barbeque. This unit has a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and electric non stick frypan. Television, with Netflix, and free wifi.
