This stylish 2-person apartment in our characteristic old school has been modernly renovated in 2025. The brand new kitchen has an induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The bedroom has a lovely king-size bed (180-200) and a great rain shower. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with all the luxuries such as; air conditioning, a smart TV and good WiFi. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. Das Haus liegt in einem Vorort von Aachen, nahe der niederländischen Grenze im Herzen der Euregio. Die dörfliche Umgebung bietet einerseits Ruhe und eignet sich andererseits hervorragend für einen aktiven Urlaub (Wandern, Radfahren). Die Stadtmitte mit dem Weltkulturerbe Aachener Dom ist 8 km entfernt. In wenigen Minuten gelangt man in die Nachbarländer Niederlande und Belgien und genießt dortige lokale Spezialitäten und das unterschiedliche Flair der Ortschaften.

Da wir direkt im Wurmtal liegen , kannst du wunderbare Spaziergänge sowie tolle Fahrradtouren bis in die Niederlande genießen. Das Freiwildgehege -Gangelt liegt nur ca. 3 km entfernt. Das Studio liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse, kein Autoverkehr. Reise gerne mit dem Auto an.
