A lovely stay in a beautiful location. Regina was incredibly helpful, even organising a member of her family to communicate with us in English. The house worked well and the bathrooms were super-stylish. We've had a fantastic holiday - many thanks!

We had a good time at the house, the hosts were friendly and accommodating to any requests we had, including late checkout. The area is nice, although not your typical tourist destination. The kids loved zooming around the grounds.

Krásný domek u potoka s venkovním posezením. Velmi jsme ocenili 2 koupelny a plně vybavenou kuchyni. Majitelka vždy rychle reagovala. Po příjezdu bylo dokonce nachystáno dřevo v krbu. Prostě není co vytknout. Kousek od domu je zlatokopecký skanzen a také rozcestník s vyznačenými trasami.

We had a wonderful time! The house is very cosy, the garden is great and most of all it was so quiet. It was everything we hoped for. The environment is very pretty with lots to see and do. If you want a place to feel at home and relax, this is it! Sylvie is a very good host and she decorated the house beautifully. I'm sure we will be back 😊

Das Ferienhaus war das beste Airbnb, was wir in Tschechien besucht haben. Es war einfach Alles vorhanden (jegliche Küchenutensilien, Kerzen, Batterien, Putzutensilien, Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffeekapseln, Spültücher, Wischtücher, Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo, Zettel, Taschentücher etc...). Die Betten waren mega bequem, die Badezimmer super sauber, es gab ausreichend Holz (auch Anzündholz, alles kostenlos) für den Kamin und die Feuerstelle draußen, außerdem eine Fußbodenheizung und Stockbrot-Stäbe. Katerina und ihre Familie haben Willkommensgeschenke und Abschiedsgeschenke gegeben, außerdem haben sie für unsere Zwillinge sogar 2 Babybetten aufgestellt - so etwas ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir haben im Haus absolut nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist jedoch in einer sehr ruhigen, abgelegenen Umgebung und man muss schon etwas fahren um in eine größere Stadt zu kommen. Aber man kann die Ruhe im angrenzenden Wald genießen. Wir geben von Herzen 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Moc děkujeme za krásné a moderní ubytování. Vše bylo v největším pořádku. Ubytování bylo čisté, voňavé a bez jediného problému. Popis odpovídá fotkám - možná bychom řekli, že i lepší než na fotkách :) Mezi vybavením nic nechybělo (veškeré nádobí, ručníky, čisté povlečení, pohodlné postele, ...). Umístění ubytování bylo také vyhovující, bez hluku, ale v lokalitě, kde je vše kousek pěšky. Obchůdek se suvenýry, restaurace a kavárna byli hned v přízemí. Pokud váháte, zda si toto ubytování vybrat, tak my doporučujeme 11/10 :) Ještě jednou moc děkujeme za možnost příjemného pobytu v Karlově Studánce.

Funkcjonalny apartament w spokojnej okolicy przy stoku narciarskim. Latem cisza i spokój. Nawet w upalny dzień w środku było przyjemnie. Miejsce postojowe obok budynku oraz skrytka na rower czy narty w budynku. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony i przestronny.

Vše v pořádku, byli jsme moc spokojeni a užili si krásnou zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění kousek od lyžařských sjezdovek i do města.

Me and my brother stayed for one night. Its a spacious apartment with several bedrooms and everything you need. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you're in the area.

I can't praise enough this accomodation! This cozy and spacious apartment has probably the best equipped kitchen that I have ever seen in any airbnb (and I've seen a lot!). We liked the fact, that the building was built recently, and all interiors, including the flat, are fresh new. A parking place in the underground garage is a nice bonus, however parking a big car on not-so-wide steel parking platform requires little manoeuvring :) Good news in this regard: If you came for skiing on Praded Mountain Range, there is no need to get your car out of the garage every day, as the KarlovaStudanka-Ovcarna shuttle bus stops on its way up every HH:52 literally in front of the builiding (where HH means every full hour).

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful renovated apartment right beside the church. It is situated in the middle of the old town of Jesenik. We used it as a start point for hiking in the Altvatergebirge. There are also nice little walking tours out of Jesenik. The apartment is perfect for 4 persons. I can fully recommend it.
