Vacation rentals with a patio in Buca

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

everything from personal needs to the kitchen is more than enough. We did not see any problems with the beautiful hygiene in the view photo. It was the most satisfied stay we left, especially great at this price

2 Friends we stayed, the house is large and clean, the balcony has a completely view, and there are seating areas and a bamboo swing on the balcony, we stayed, the host is very kind and kind and helpful, there is wifi in the house for many things, we did not have internet problems, thank you for everything:)

Very communicative and hospitable host. The apartment is in excellent condition, there is everything you need. Super location, literally 100 meters from the main streets with many great cafes and restaurants. I really liked the ferry connection between our and the old town across the bay. Definitely recommend!!!

Staying at Mr. Mehmet's house was really perfect. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Everything was thought out down to the last detail and we felt right at home. Mr. Mehmet was also incredibly hospitable and helpful, very interested in everything. A special place in a small, quiet village. So cozy, whether it's raining or the sun is shining. Every detail has been thought of. This place has soul. Sasha, Pofuduk, and the other dogs are loyal, well-behaved companions. Erkan’s olive oil is fantastic—we had a wonderful time.

If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. The place we stayed before Overall, we were satisfied, the location was right at the entrance of the nazarköy, and there was plenty of food around it. We enjoyed a peaceful and tranquil place. Communication with Ms. Esim was comfortable. They were flexible on entry. But there are things I can recommend, we could not use the pool seasonally (it was not cleaned), the flow of the water in the shower was low and there was a heating problem, the kitchen supplies can be diversified. do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!

We had a perfect stay at Mesuts appartment. He was always reachable and very friendly, the appartment looks nice from the inside and has a wonderful roof terrace. Everything was as described and Mesut was very helpful all the time. Can strongly recommend. Peer

The house is renovated very well. As you can see in the pictures. It was clean and tidy. Inside a one-way street, we did not have any parking problems. There is a big main road down one street. Easy access to everywhere. We stayed with pleasure. Thank you.
