It is a very nice apt, clean, the location is good, you have everything you need. Jorge is an excellent host, despite some bad comments ... it went very well with him. I didn't have any problems, very attentive and respectful. Super recommended.

Gloria is an amazing person. She makes you feel right at home and has an amazing vibe. I would definitely go back to her accommodation, always attentive to the guest and attentive to what you might need. Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out time, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozy. The kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils; dishware, pots, blender, microwave oven and all the toilet. Travelers may expect that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms although there is no internet connection, no sound equipment, no iron, otherwise, a great place.

Wonderful stay at this spacious shared apartment. The district is called La Floresta, and it is next to a great nature reserve you can walk around in and have fresh juice at afterwards. The host is very friendly and helpful, and everything is relaxed and a great value overall. Must love cats and dogs! Overall, a great place to stay and even do some remote work. WiFi is fast!

Beautiful condo as shown in pics. in secure complex with friendly guards. Very convenient nearby stores and nice walking path. Convenient location for us near Foscal clinic. Do keep in mind the busy road noise

Great hosts we had a few minor issues upon arrival that were met immediately by our amazing hosts. the only negative I have is really what they call a gym is really In need of updates. 2 spin bikes 2 Elliptical trainers one of which was broken. a small weight training area 1 bar and about 200lbs of Olympic weights, some mats and some adjustable weights.

The apartment is quite similar to what you see in the photos. Ideal for short or long stays in groups of 5 or 6 people. The view from the balcony is very nice and the building workers (guards, pool workers) are very helpful. Two things to note: 1. The lock on the front door doesn't provide much security, it seems like it can be opened with any object. 2. The beds in the secondary rooms are not double as mentioned in the photos, but semi-double. Thank you Stéphania for trusting my family!

Myriam is very attentive to her being comfortable. The apartment has all the essentials and is in an area that is not difficult to access. I think it's a fair price for the attention and facilities they offer you. We appreciate the hospitality and it is certainly a place I recommend if you plan to be in Bucaramanga and want to feel like a homey atmosphere. If I came back it would be my first choice

Very good accommodation, faithful to the advertisement, with good security and central to from there to know Bucaramanga. You have the Centro Comercial Cacique opposite a few steps away, where you can have everything from supermarkets to restaurants and shopping.

Good location and value for money. The pool is only available on weekends.

the stay seemed wonderful, a very quiet place for me, my husband and especially for my older adult parents. also for my dogs, they were happy, the terrace gave me the impression of a very big place, that way walk, I played with my puppies. the building, all very attentive, the supervisory gentlemen very collaborating. the easily accessible location for the city's sights. loved it, I almost stayed. we aspire to return soon! suggestion, TV channels. Older adults want to see TV and not just platforms. But this I don't take what's nice. I would put 10 of 10 to this place.
