Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

"Fuchsbau" - small rear building directly by the forest

Wer Ruhe und Naturnähe sucht, ist in unserem „Fuchsbau“ genau richtig. Das kleine Hinterhaus bietet auf zwei Etagen eine gemütliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Naturliebhaber. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf unserem kleinen Hof am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes Leutratal. Neben unserer 4-köpfigen Familie leben auf dem Hof auch Hühner, Katzen und zwei Pferde. Ponyreiten für kleine Kinder ist möglich (auf Anfrage). Das Leutratal bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren, Wandern und Natur genießen.

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

Simple, but cozy accomodation surrounded by gardens and nature. About 30 minutes walking distance to city center. Most suitable for single travellers, groups of two friends and couples.
