What a glorious place. The location is exceptional (although slightly unique in terms of getting to it by car) - you look out over the sea and have about 10 smaller and bigger beaches within 10 minutes walk/crawl over the rocks. It's a total playground for kids. The terrace is wonderful, as is the inside. Communication was clear and easy - absolutely nothing to complain about.

Charming restaurated house in beautiful landscape surroundings. House is clean and the host was super friendly and helpful with questions and recommendations for the area. Great location for exploring sights, beaches and nature in northern Sardinia conveniently by car. Highly recommend for a stay in Sardinia, we had a great time!

Perfect spot for family vacation, very responsive and friendly host. Kitchen has everything you needed, coffee/espresso machine for stove top is available. Recommendation for a trip through Sardinia. 👍🏻

Sandra is super friendly. Pretending that we were comfortable and comfortable and we felt right at home. totally comfortable, everything is perfect. in the street down a supermarket and a pizzeria where great dinner was great. and at night the village had tending appointments. with a place to park without a problem. we really went out enchanted in all respects. Nicky's place was great. We felt comfortable from the beginning, we didn't lack anything. The house has a great location ,we wanted a week of peace and quiet , we found that in this accommodation. We had a great stay in Cala Gonone. The apartment was really spacious with two big bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor space as well. It’s an easy short walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Handy supermarket just round the corner as well. Catarina was really welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

We had a divine time in a quiet area, complete with a fenced garden useful for children's play; independent entrance to the apartment with outdoor table and deck chairs and ample space without prying eyes: you can safely go out in your underwear that no one nearby can see... car parking in front of the entrance. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Freeway attached to the house. Tranquility reigns in the evening, with a deep darkness devoid of public and private lighting, with a starry sky.

Beautiful location surrounded by nature and animals. The house was very clean and we liked the simple decor. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility on the terrace, the outdoor shower and the view of the mountains. By car, great beaches and villages are easily accessible. The hosts were friendly and helpful with questions. When Cristina brought us fresh fruit, we were very happy about it.

We experienced a warm welcome from our hosts who were very helpful to us during our stay. The space is clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed using the outdoor patio to sit. The close proximity to the airport was a plus for us, as well.

Very nice apartment with a large veranda overlooking a bay. Pleasant holiday settlement. Everything worked. Unclean service charge and price for bedding.

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

The apartment itself was fantastic, although porto cervo was very disappointing and lack sole. However the accommodation was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The host was excellent with loads of recommendations and always available

We had a very good time, quiet area and house equipped with everything . We didn't have internet but on this occasion we took advantage of staying together longer.

Michaela was extremely accommodating and helpful, which made us feel immediately welcome. The place itself was immaculately clean, very well equipped, and provided a breathtaking view. We appreciated the privacy and the proximity to the beach was just ideal! Absolutely recommended!

Emanuele was very kind, the house is really equipped with everything. Supermarkets and bars a stone's throw from home. To get to downtown San Teodoro only 8 min by car, great location. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the nearest beach by car. 100% recommended

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

We had a wonderful week at Marco's apartment. Super nice complex with great pool and several beaches within walking distance. Even with sunbeds and umbrella included. The apartment has a fantastic view of the bay of Olbia, the airport 20 min away is hard to hear. The only drawback is the extremely steep stairs to the upper floor, made us a little nervous with small children and a dishwasher is simply missing. But nothing that makes up for the insane location and view! Marco was always available quickly and easily! We will be happy to come back! Thanks again very much.

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!
