Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Budva

I had a perfect stay! Petar’s place was spacious, clean and comfortable with an absolutely gorgeous balcony view which has been one of my favourite parts of the trip. Petar goes above and beyond to make sure his guest has everything they need and enjoy their stay. He is very kind, friendly, and responsive. 10/10 would highly recommend. I’m looking forward to visiting and staying here again.

Kotorda kalınabilecek en merkezi yerdi sanırım. Ev tertemiz düzenliydi banyo mutfak temizdi. Çamaşır makinesi mevcuttu kullandım ve rahattı. Manzarası sessiz sakin temiz oluşu çok güzeldi. Fazlasıyla memnun kaldım

lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, cozy, quiet and very warm; i stayed in the last week of november, but the heating system worked perfectly. the house is some ten minutes walk from the main njegoseva street, where you'll find all the amenities, from very affordable restaurants and pubs, to cafes, stores and corner shops. and last but not least, ivana and marija are very friendly, cheerful and easy to talk to. if i ever come to cetinje again, this will be the first place to check for accommodation.

Çok memnun kaldık. Gordana ve Igor bizi oldukça iyi karşıladılar. Dairenin konumu her yere çok yakın ve inanılmaz sessiz sakin bir konumda yer alıyor. Her şey için çok teşekkürler, bir daha gelecek olsam yine Gordana’nın evini seçerim.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau so wie beschrieben. Der Check-in war super einfach und flexibel. Jelena hat uns bei jeder Frage geholfen und auch Empfehlungen gegeben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

O apartamento é bem localizado, espaçoso e confortável, exatamente como nas fotos. Gostamos muito de tomar café da manhã na varanda com vista para a baia de Kotor. Mladen foi muito solicito em tudo, inclusive nos chamou um táxi quando precisamos. O apartamento não fica no centro de Kotor, mas em Dobrota, perto de uma praia tranquila, com restaurantes, mercadinho e padaria próximos.

Wir durften traumhaft schöne Tage im Fischerhaus von Tripo und Mila verbringen. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Den tatsächlichen Luxus bietet diese wunderbare Terrasse mit einem unbeschreiblichen Blick. Dadurch hat man einen privaten Rückzugsort, was nach einem aktiven Tag besonders wohltuend ist. Die kleine Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke bietet frische und sehr leckere Backwaren an. Hervorzuheben ist zudem die komplikationslose und einfache Kommunikation mit Mila. Sie antwortet auf jede Frage äußerst schnell und sehr professionell. Wir haben uns ernstgenommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir können diese Unterkunft allen wärmstens empfehlen, die diese tolle und abwechslungsreiche Region für sich erkunden wollen.

Everything was great! Vasilije is a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is located in a really beautiful spot. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in peacefull surrounding with lot of chill out places within the garden. You have incredible pier shared by only 2 apartments while also detached so guests can have their own privacy. There are also stairs to the pristine sea where you can enjoy all by yourself. Across the street you may find small restaurant with great meals. Parking is also provided. Kotor and Perast and markets are 5 min drive from the property. If you want tranquil place and avoid hustle and bustle of the Kotor’s old town, within short drive to it, I truly recommend this place. Owners are at your disposal if anything is needed, but also unobtrusive so you don’t even know if they are home. Thank you, Jovice, for a magnificent stay! We will definitely come back.

Manzara tek kelimeyle müthiş. Bütün budva ayaklarınızın altında terası kocaman ve tamamen size ait. Evin konumu merkezin dışında ve yaklaşık 15 dakika mesafede. Olga bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendi arabanız varsa ve budvaya gelecekseniz burada kalmanızı tavsiye ederiz.

El edificio es nuevo y la habitación estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Kotor. El entorno es hermoso y muy tranquilo, y tiene unas vistas espectaculares a la bahía de Kotor. La comunicación con Jaroslav fue fluida y cordial. Muchas gracias!

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

If you are going to Kotor, stay here!! The host couldn't be better. She is so helpful and kind. We have traveled extensively and stayed in many air bnbs. This is our favorite (by far.) We originally booked for one month, but we loved it so much, we decided to extend for another month. From the stunning views to the heated floors...this place really is special. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars :)

We had an amazing time at Ilija’s place in Petrovac. Ilija and his wife welcomed us from the start at check-in, as did their wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting. They also provided great food and experiences recommendations. Perched up on the city hillside, the view from the patio captured everything. The ability to quickly drive down or walk into the city makes this spot great. There’s a pretty steep hill to walk, but take it slow and enjoy the weather. The property is filled with different fruit trees, which makes the departure/return that much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment for any future travelers. Thank you for a great first experience in Montenegro.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nenad! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (wir hätten uns eine Auflaufform gewünscht). Nenad war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, v.a. als wir Probleme hatten die Unterkunft zu finden (nach Ljuta fahren, nicht der automatischen Wegbeschreibung folgen). Ansonsten ist die Lage super: ein bisschen entfernt vom recht vollen Kotor kann man mit einem Wein oder Bier den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Und in nur 2 min Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen betonierten Zugang zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung! Danke für das Begrüßungs-Bier im Kühlschrank :-)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, hôte très réactif et le logement était sympa. Par contre, la télévision n’a pas de programmes, prévoyez un câble HDMI.

Short but great stay. Spectacular view, spacious, clean, peaceful. Iva was a great host, we had smooth and friendly communication.

A very quiet and cosy apartment with a beautiful view. Close to grocery store, bakery and seaside. Great swimming opportunities. Local life and friendly people around. Ivona was great to help with sightseeing and taxi. We really enjoyed our stay😊Thank you!

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

I am fortunate to met the Budva Carnival this time. Thanks for the host telling me. And I really have a nice experience in their apartment,the room is clean and soft & sweet,highly recommend it. I with be here next time if it’s possible 🥹🥹
