The apartment is located on the first floor, 5 mins away from the Old Town, on foot. The neibhourhood is peaceful, the beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket.
