Vacation rentals in Budva Municipality

Excellent location and very centrally located for my parents. The host was very pro-active with messaging and you can tell does this professionally. All in all, great value for money as it looks exactly like the pictures.

We were in Montenegro for a week, enjoying the sea in Petrovac and discovering the country by car. The appartment was very nice, clean and with everything we needed including parking space for our rental car. It is very well located, the beach is easily reached on foot and so are all necessary shops, restaurants etc. Our hosts were very kind and available, which contributed to our excellent vacation week ! We can only recommend staying at this appartment if you are looking to spend some time in Petrovac !

Super appartement donnant directement sur la mer. 2 belles chambres vue mer et 2 chambres en sous-sol sans fenêtre , au même niveau que la salle de sport, la salle de billard et le sauna. La grande terrasse a une magnifique vue sur mer. Il y a une place de parking gratuite. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le Monténégro, en voiture. Il y a également à pied une très jolie promenade le long de la mer où il y a de très jolies criques.

My father stayed in this apartment in Bečići for a month, and overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. The host, Angela, was always available, incredibly helpful, and ready to assist with anything—from the registration process to finding a parking spot and even helping us with the dishwasher. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations and looks even better than in the photos. One thing I especially appreciated was the very high ceilings, which gave a sense of space and comfort—you don’t feel cramped like you often do in an apartment compared to a house. The sea is just across the road, and you can see it from the balcony, along with beautiful sunsets. The only downside was that upon arrival, there were no basic essentials in the apartment—not even bottled water, salt, or other simple items. Since we arrived on a Sunday when all shops are closed, this became a bit of a problem. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend these apartments.

Iva welcomed us even though we were a bit late for check in. She has all important instructions on a brochure for her guests. Both Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioners are working just fine which is essential in that climate. I am looking forward to come back to budva and stay in Iva’s apartment.

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

Vlado is a great host. He met us near AMI hotel and helped us with our luggage. We had cleaning every week of staying. Vlado gave us a remote for a gate when we took a car for rent. We asked for blankets and he gave us blankets. Our staying was great!

We arrived at the appartment and were received very friendly. The appartment was clean and as described. It is situated in a very cute little part of Sveti Stefan. The roof terrace is nice for a drink and watching the sunset.

We felt like at home, facilities were spotless clean, hosts very supper friendly, responsive and accommodating! Location is superb, spent evening drinking beer and watching sunsets over the sea from our flat. 🌅 The property is perfectly located in private area and close by the busy town if you wanted to go out. Highly recommended it! Such a beautiful place and heart welcoming hosts!
