Apartamento totalmente renovado con excelentes vistas al mar en Estepona (Urbanización Bahía Dorada), a 50metros de la playa. Ideal para una pareja pero con capacidad para 4 personas (1 cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio y dos sofás cama muy cómodos en el salón). Está situado en un entorno tranquilo y muy bonito, con piscina y pk en la urbanización. Está a 7 minutos en coche del centro urbano y 2 del supermercado. Está cerca de Marbella, Gibraltar, Sotogrande, Ronda y otros destinos de interés

Elegant villa with great sea views & heatable pool

Just an hours drive from Malaga airport or 25 minutes from Gibraltar. This beautiful, modern, 5 bedroom villa is located in Casares Costa with panoramic views of the sea on the right and mountain views to the left. It's just a few minutes drive to finca Cortesin golf course, Estepona and Duquesa Port. The pool can be heated on request for an extra fee and is illuminated in the evening. The highlight is our fully equipped gym in the basement, with both a pool table and a ping pong table.

In this accommodation you can breathe tranquility: relax with the whole family! Just 1 km from the fantastic Sabinillas beach, one of the best in Malaga, in a very quiet private urbanization, indoor parking and 2 wonderful swimming pools, one for adults and one for the little ones, paddle tennis court, and Caribbean gardens. Terrace to enjoy the outdoors, surrounded by nature. Very spacious home, for up to 7 guests, close to shopping areas, Mercadona, Sabinillas and Estepona.

Amazing Apartment first Beach-line + 60m² Terrace

Relax in this spacious and quiet comfortable apartment, with its own 60 sqm terrace, right by the sea. "Sinfonia del Mar" is a very quiet and well-maintained apartment complex, with a fascinating panoramic view. The unique architecture with the large, partly covered terraces creates a good atmosphere in a prime location! You can quickly get through the garden to the footpath that leads along the sea. The swimming pool can be reached in a minute via the external staircase.

Surrounded by the best golf courses in Spain and thanks to its 5G Wifi great for teleworking online while you rest. Also a great plan for families with children. 500 metres from the beach and close to Estepona-Casares-Sotogrande. Pets welcome. The distribution of kitchens may vary according to flat allocation.
