This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end, custom made for this apartment. Stunning Apartment

The lowdown This gorgeous urban paradise with 2-bedrooms, located in Buenos Aires Downtown, aims to please with its rustic vintage style. The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. About Area Full of luxury and style, this apartment is strategically located a few steps away from: Plaza San Martín (San Martín Square) where you'll find La Torre del Reloj (The Clock Tower), Puerto Madero where you will be able to visit the famous monument el Puente de la Mujer (the Woman's Bridge) and the naval museums, and Recoleta where you can enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful Plaza Francia (Francia Square), while you let yourself be captivated by the portside culture, also you will have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, and clubs. The building is steps from Plaza San Martín and the famous Puente de la Mujer monument and 3 blocks from 9 de Julio underground station, which links to the rest of the city. Downtown, bus stations, restaurants, and theaters are all a few blocks away. You will be able to walk to Puerto Madero , Downtown and Recoleta. Also Buses and metro stations a few blocks away. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

It is located behind the polo fields, surrounded by the forests of Palermo, near the racecourse, shopping and the Latin American Museum. Brand new and fully equipped two rooms apartment, in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. Each room has its own TV Cable, with the bedroom in suite. Full of sunny mornings and quite nights, with an incredible view. Great location, close to all the public transportation (bus, subway, train & taxis). Very close to great restaurants, bars and disco experiences, but far enough to avoid the noisy experience of Palermo's vibrant night. Small pool in the building's top floor for summer days.
