The apartment is very spacious and conveniently located for visiting UNESCO World Heritage sites. The host was very responsive and kind. There’s also the option to leave your luggage in the building if you arrive before the check-in time. Highly recommended!

Had such a wonderful stay at Florian, would highly recommend for a holiday to Gyeongju. It was in a peaceful neighbourhood and you could easily get to the attractions. Spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Felt like home. Lovely welcoming host with great communication.

I really recommend this place for families with babies (especially over 2 years old). There was a separate playroom full of baby toys, so parents were able to relax. It was a new apartment, so it was very tidy overall, and all the doors were equipped with hand prevention devices, so it was safe. There was no unnecessary clutter, so I could stay without worrying about my baby dropping things or getting hurt. The house was spacious and cleanly maintained, and there was a washer and dryer, which was very useful for long-term stays and baby laundry. Great place to stay that I would love to come back again.

I used it for 3 nights and 4 days, and I want to visit again. It was so comfortable because it was on the first floor, and it was comfortable and cozy like home. I can feel that you cared about even the smallest things. The nearby canal trail and dock were enough to heal. I rested so comfortably before going.

I thought it was a sea view, but it's a sea view from the view rather than in the foreground! (I wish there was a photo taken from the front in the photo◡.) Still, if you sit on the sofa or bed, the price wasn't bad because of the sea view. The interior of the accommodation is especially pretty, so I want to cook and eat. I think it would be good to come to the accommodation and watch several movies while playing in Hwangnidan-gil, Gyeongju. Netflix and Disney are available. I intend to revisit again next time

It is a clean house as my home. It's comfortable and nice to have everything in the house during your stay, including two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and toilet. We used it for about 4 people, and the surrounding environment was safe, comfortable, and clean without any inconvenience. There were all the kitchen utensils in the house, so it was nice to boil ramen. Thank you. ^ ^ It's completely private.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days... When I opened the first door and entered, I was satisfied with the clean and cute space as shown in the picture!! I was impressed by the small event space that was hidden on the veranda!! I am sincerely touched by everything you have thoughtfully taken care of without anything missing everywhere!! I took the shearers with me and said that such a comfortable accommodation for adults is the first time, and I feel like I'm proud to hear the compliments! It was such a shame to go out! You don't need to worry about this place ~ ~ Everyone will be 120% satisfied.♡ Our first grade child also wants to come again because the race is so good!! This trip was a trip that I suddenly left because I wanted to get away from my busy daily life. Thanks to you, I was able to properly heal before heading out. The accommodation was in a quiet alley, so I was able to rest comfortably, and I was comforted by the tiredness of everyday life after seeing handwritten letters, snacks, and coffee with the host's consideration throughout the accommodation. In addition, the accommodation manual was written in detail so that you can use the accommodation as if it were your own home, so I used it really comfortably. Above all, the accommodation was so clean, and the host was so kind that I thought I wanted to come back before leaving. Next time, I'll visit again with my loved ones.

There were a lot of pretty lights and props, so it was nice to take pictures, and there were board games, so there were a lot of things to enjoy with friends. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby, so it was easy to deliver, and the barbecue wasn't a charcoal fire, so it was easy for women to eat. I'm 100% willing to come again next time!

Thanks to a lot of consideration, I had a comfortable rest before heading out. It was a trip to celebrate my dad's birthday, so I found a comfortable place to rest in a good accommodation, and my mom, who wanted a hanok accommodation, liked it very much because it was much bigger and cleaner than I thought! The surrounding area is still under construction, so it was cluttered, but there was no inconvenience during my stay, and it was an accommodation with a lot of attention to appliances, furniture, and props. It's a little far from Hwangnidan-gil, but it was nice to be quiet because I came to a secluded place while experiencing a parking hell during the peak season! I am very satisfied with this and that,, I stayed in a large house, and even in a small house that was under construction, and I want to use it for my next trip! 😁😁

The host explained it so kindly and responded. I loved the facilities and felt right at home. The surrounding scenery is quiet. I rested comfortably! One thing to consider is that it takes a long time for locals to catch a taxi. I caught it, but I didn't get caught at once.

My in-laws, my parents, and children were traveling with a large family, so I was thinking a lot about the accommodation, but it was nice. First of all, it was located in Hwangnidan-gil, so it was convenient to be able to walk anywhere, and I was able to park right in front of the accommodation, so I had a good stay during the complicated holiday. There were three rooms, so I was able to stay comfortably, and the kids especially loved the attic. The kitchen and living room were separated, so it was nice to eat on one side and play with the kids on one side. There is a yard, so it was good to come out for a while when it was stuffy, and it was especially good to take a leisurely walk around before there were more people. It was a big family trip, and thank you for caring about the owner, and in particular, Orange, my kids ate very well during our trip. I'll stop by again😁 next time I have a chance to go to Gyeongju! It was nice to have a simple meal or snack in a place decorated like a camping zone, and the kitchen was tidy. It was nice to have games and play equipment for children, and it was nice to have items in the bathroom. If I visit the next race, I intend to visit again.

It was my father-in-law's birthday, so I went with my family, and it was really good because it was right in front of the sea. It was raining and cold, but the boiler was also full, and my family was really satisfied. I'll revisit again in the summer.

Perfect stay. Authentic korean stay experience with floor mattress & grandma vests for photo taking in the hanok house. Host was very friendly, accomodating and very hospitable. We came in under heavy rain and she came to fetch us with umbrellas and helped with our luggages. Her daily breakfasts were also nice and hot in the chill mornings. Thank you!
