The farm is located about 1.5 km northwest of Worpswede, near the Neu-Helgoland recreation area, ideal for cycling and walking. The town center of Worpswede is about 2 km away and offers a varied range of art and culture.

The 60 sqm apartment, completed in early 2020, is located on the 1st floor of a wooden house directly on Molkereistraße at the exit of Fischerhude. The Hamburg-Bremen cycle path leads past the house and it is only 10 km by bike to Bremen through the Wümmeniederung nature reserve. Bicycles can be rented in the village and there is a lockable shed for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

Since this accommodation is a large room, a couple is probably the easiest to accommodate, or a family with child(ren). There is a small kitchen in which the basic food is available.
