Monthly Rentals in Bum

I had a mixed experience staying at Javid’s Airbnb. On the positive side, Javid was very kind, helpful, and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. Additionally, its location is excellent, with markets, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place during winter. The bathroom has no heating system, making it extremely cold. While there are two heaters for the living area and kitchen, they are either not powerful enough or not working properly, leaving the space uncomfortably cold—we had to wear jackets indoors. The master bedroom, on the other hand, has a good heater and was noticeably warmer than the rest of the apartment. Overall, this would be a great place to stay during summer, but I wouldn’t recommend it in winter due to the heating issues.

Ramil was an amazing host and was very easy to communicate with his reply to everything was "no problem". He was available to help us us with anything at any time. We all really enjoyed our stay at his place. The house was as described with all the amenities as listed. The stay was comfortable and Ramil made sure we did not have any issues during it. He was available within minutes of us asking for help which was really nice of him.

Al-Falah is so beautiful and Allah and your first choice of residence And I advise you on it It is very excellent from the brothers. The furniture is clean, tidy, large and wide
