River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Boat dock to tie up your boat etc. and 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. Community boat ramp is 2 minute drive. Soak up the sun or enjoy lunch on the boat dock, with a sandy beach for the little ones. Back deck with gas grill after a day on the water and morning coffee with water views and wooded surroundings.
