Staying at Graeme and Sherry’s place was an absolute pleasure! They are incredibly welcoming and thoughtful hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had a warm, homey feel. Their kindness and hospitality made me feel truly at home, and they were always available if I needed anything. I really appreciated the small details that made the stay even better. If you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy, and well-cared-for accommodation with fantastic hosts, this is the place to be. A lot of thought and love went into this carefully crafted, beautifully decorated, tiny home. The linen and towels are superb quality and very comfy, the toilet eco-friendly, the showerhead has multiple options and the terrasse overlooks the garden including some local kangaroos. Awesome spot to sip my coffee (great machine including milk foam) and to enjoy the nature and peace. Note, that the WiFi signal is in the garage with reception being better in the sleeping area and the veranda. The hosts were very kind. They offered me a bike to explore the area and provided a tasty breakfast with granola, milk, butter, honey, vegemite and sourdough bread – yummy! It’s these connections that make booking with AirBnB great, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

This our second stay at Anthony's family air B&B, and our initial impressions are overwhelmingly positive. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds offer optimal comfort with immaculately clean linen, and the bathrooms are tastefully designed, featuring body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which serve to enhance the overall sense of luxury. The outdoor area is a peaceful oasis, where one can unwind and bask in the pleasant sounds of birdsong and the water feature. We fully intend to book again in the future.

This was our first stay through AIRBNB. The unit was amazing: clean, had everything we needed and more, easy to find, magical location. Julie was extremely helpful. It was Valentine's Day and chocolate was left for us. I can't speak highly enough. Amazing.

My family (2 young kids) and I stayed at Maureen’s place after being evacuated from a cyclone. Last minute reservation, Maureen was kind enough to let us check in with only 2 hours notice late at night. The apartment was huge, tastefully decorated, wrap around verandah overlooking the basin and swimming pool, very comfy beds and comfy sofa, huge TV with every streaming platform available. Fully stocked kitchen including an air fryer which wasn’t in the listing. Only negative is it’s not wheelchair accessible as there are a few steps to get up to the apartment. Maureen was a great communicator and very responsive. The position could not be better, as the pictures show, it’s only a few steps from the Bargara Basin, short walk to cafes, golf club across the road with an amazing restaurant, 10 min drive south to Elliot heads, short drive into town which has every shop you could need. I can’t fault anything about the position. Smack bang in the middle of everything though no crowds.

We had a fantastic stay at Gavin and Stephanie’s beautiful apartment in Bargara. The space was spotless, beautifully presented, and had all the thoughtful home touches needed to make our holiday both relaxing and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short and easy walk to the beach and local shops. It was the ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The property is perfectly situated for a peaceful stay. So close to the beach and some nice parks. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

We had a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful house. Such a lovely setting with the beach literally outside the front door. A very comfortable stay for all our extended family from age 6 up to 75 years. The perfect place to base ourselves for our turtle experience getaway
