Entering is possible through a separate entrance. The quiet secluded location in the Dörflis district of the romantic half-timbered town of Königsberg (10 km) invites you to relax. The cities of Schweinfurt (40 km), Würzburg (70 km) and the world heritage city of Bamberg (30 km) are easily accessible and are super suitable as a excursion destination. In the neighboring village there is a farm where food can be eaten very well. Parking is possible directly at the yard.

The newly renovated apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our house! With a total of 4 rooms, bedroom 1 with double and single bed, bedroom 2 with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with large shower, an open kitchen with large dining area, ideal for 1 to 5 people! A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. The lake house is an owner-managed accommodation with a lot of love for detail.

Unser Ferienhaus ist eine über 200 Jahre alte ehemalige Wassermühle in der Hügellandschaft der fränkischen Hassberge. Wo früher das Mehl für den Gutsbetrieb des Bundorfer Schlosses gemahlen wurde, finden heute bis zu 12 Gäste Erholung auf 250 qm im eleganten Salon, der offenen Küche mit gemütlichem Frühstückszimmer und 6 Schlafzimmern. Vom eigenen Garten blickt man auf das Schloss und seinen Park.
