Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Buren

We look back on a lovely week in Huis Ewijk. We have 3 labradors (13.5 , 11 and 5 years) and a complete and solid fenced garden is therefore very important to us and that is definitely the case here. The house is very beautiful, tastefully and cozily decorated, exactly as in the pictures. Really everything has been thought of, really nothing is missing here to be able to make it a nice holiday. Upon entering the house, we were immediately pleasantly surprised by all kinds of delicacies on the table and in the fridge that Justin and Carleen (nice and attentive hosts) had prepared. Besides, not only we were surprised, there were also sweets ready for the doggies and 3 delicious pillows. The beds (really good nice beds) were already made and there are plenty of towels ready. The windows are easy to black out with roller blinds and there are mosquito screens everywhere. In any case, it is worth repeating for us, we'd love to come back again!

We had a great vacation with a really nice house. We were also kindly allowed to use the garden. The old house has a charm all its own and is very comfortably furnished. We felt comfortable immediately - not least because of Kater Henk. Sandy and Martijn were easily accessible for us and gave us great tips for exploring the area. Thanks!

We had a slightly longer stay here. Nice house with a desk for school work and 2 large bedrooms so we really had the space. From the living room, dining room and kitchen, unobstructed views of the lawn and forest, which made it possible to recharge wonderfully. And every morning and evening can enjoy the deer! So nice! Friendly host with respect for privacy. Absolutely recommended for a short as well as long stays!

A short relaxing stay in this peaceful retreat. I hope we'll come back because they're both great.

Bart and Carole were incredible hosts! Very kind, responsive, and provided wonderful recommendations for local spots to check out. My husband is from the Netherlands and said the location is as good as it gets! The home is pretty and secluded. It is within a very short walking distance to town with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It also backs right up to beautiful woods!!! The house is the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book!

We stayed for a lovely long weekend. Enjoyed a morning walk, the sauna and the hot tub. When there was a need for contact, Ine responded very quickly.

A beautiful and nice house in a beautiful place from where we cycled. Good base for both the West Betuwe and the Biesbosch. The kitchen is very complete and the fireplace brings atmosphere. We were well received and waved goodbye. The house is decorated with care and taste, there are fresh flowers on arrival. In short, a gem in a beautiful area where there is plenty to do. Recommended!

We stayed very nicely in the accommodation of Saskia and Kevin, it was a super nice home with enough space, also outside. Pleasant garden, close to Nijmegen. Contact with Saskia was particularly pleasant and friendly. Recommended!

Been here for the second time for a few days. There are few places I came back to... but these are. Super nice address to get away from it all for a few days. Nice room, delicious breakfasts, nice people!

Helena & Martin's place is even more beautiful than in the photos. It is a beautiful home where we felt right at home and experienced tranquility. Upon arrival, everything was ready to make pizzas in the pizza oven, the house breathed coziness, there were flowers, there was apple juice from its own orchard, ... A top experience. Helena always responds very quickly to questions, both in the period before our arrival and during the stay. We discovered the court of Eden. Thank you!

Lovely Airbnb in the country right across the street from hiking trails and close to a cafe and brewery. Very clean, quiet, spacious, and has everything you need for a great stay. Would highly recommend and if I am ever in the area, would definitely love to stay there again.

A fantastic place where actually didn't want to leave. It's really even more beautiful than it's in the pictures! So many places outside to sit & chill. We occasionally lost each other! There are plenty of games to play. The farm invites you to be together, play games, eat together (pizza oven is also super nice!) & drink. There is probably everything to do in the area, but we did not get to that this weekend;-) In short, very satisfied!

Stunning group accommodation. Nice view over the nature. We were lucky with the weather: especially outside. 5 lovely bedrooms that all have a bathroom. Tip: Wijk bij Duurstede
