If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

The 45 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for your home office, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request.

You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Angrenzend zum Haus ist von 5 Minuten 2 Spielplätze für Kinder.  Die A8 ist innerhalb von 5, Legoland Günzburg in 15, Skylinepark in 45 Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.
