We offer the basement in our house in an exclusive green quiet location in the middle of the Vienna Woods with a garage space. It is 20 km to Vienna city center, to the highway 4 km and to the airport 20 km. There are many opportunities for leisure activities all around. In the immediate vicinity are cinema, shopping center, restaurants, climbing rocks, police, countless hiking trails, castles, a spa, ski resorts... We own a dog (Border Collie). An extra bed is possible.

We also provide breakfast of homemade jams, house garden products and organic grape juice at an additional cost.
