Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. You will live within cycling distance to the sea in a village on southern Gotland, near Herta beach. In the village there is both a nice bistro and a finer restaurant as well as a beach café. The upper floor of the house is a studio for textile crafts and painting. The studio is used for arts and crafts during the winter half year. The lower floor is decorated as a modern home. The house is a Gotland limestone house from 1900. The house is close to two nice golf courses, Gumbalde in Stånga and När.

Our cottage is decorated simply and brightly, but still with all the amenities you could possibly want. At the dining table, you'll have the opportunity to look out over the water, listen to the fish gulls, and think about life completely at your own pace while taking your meal. Forest walks around the corner, 5 km to the swimming lake and 7 km to Ljugarn's long beaches, shops and restaurants. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Shower with underfloor heating, hot water for 2 people (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. The fireplace in the picture is not working.

Limestone wing among roses and jasmine

"Annexet" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. From the living room, you can step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings in the sunset or just sitting under the big chestnut tree with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse roof" to shelter under. Or why not play boule on the court that's there? If you feel like swimming, it's close to a string of sandy beaches.

Enjoy a newly built modern house in a quiet forest edge by the Eksta coast and Djupvik harbor. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

Välkomna till kalkstenshuset nära Herta/Hörte strand. Här bor ni lugnt och lantligt och med cykelavstånd till strand, bageri och mataffär. Några hundra meter till gårdsbutik med färska grönsaker och ägg. På bottenvåningen finns vardagsrum, kök, badrum, tvättstuga, två sovrum och ett uterum. Köket är komplett utrustat med exempelvis varmluftsugn från Smeg, Moccamaster och VitaMixer. På ovanvåningen finns tre sovrum samt badrum med dusch. Utomhus finns tre privata uteplatser samt egen grill..

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. En traditionell gotlandsgård vid havet, ensam belägen ytterst på udden. Utsikt ifrån fönstren ut över hav och strandängar. Granne med ett naturreservat med många olika fåglar, fantastiskt för fågelskådning! Havet ligger bara några steg bort, vandra genom ängarna med vilda blommor, den långa stranden med orörd mjuk sand, sträcker sig en km. Omgivningarna, ljuset, himlen – speciellt stjärnorna på natten- ”Vintergatan”.

At the back of the farmhouse instead, there is a completely private terrace for both sun and shade.

Välkommen hit med familj, hund och vänner. Min Labrador Freja är en trevlig hund som oftast är lös på tomten. I Burs ligger två trevliga restauranger och det är 6,5 km till stranden. Perfekt för friluftsliv och relax. I Annexet är det två bäddar på loftet, kök med matplats och badrum. I Brygghuset är det två sängar på loftet (delbar dubbelsäng), soffa, fåtöljer, våningssäng och braskamin i bottenvåningen. Sex hus totalt på gården, varav två är dina. Loftet i ladan delar vi på.

Note: The sleeping loft has a low ceiling. Electricity, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate.
