It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. Granville House West Wing

The apartment is on 3 floors within a grade II listed building. The kitchen is spacious with a log burner and all the nice appliances such as an American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, range cooker, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The glass-blown staircase leads up to the the snug and dressing room, which is cosy, off this is the bathroom with a large walk in shower and an infa-red sauna. The staircase in the snug leads up to the bedroom which is under a beautiful array of beams.
