My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

An exclusive and high-quality 90 sqm apartment awaits you on the upper floor of an old farmhouse in a quiet, secluded location, directly from the old dike. The property is located in the middle of the idyll, surrounded by countless fields and a breathtaking view into the distance. The sea or the nearest swimming area is 5-10 minutes away by car. Meldorf is the nearest town, about 10 minutes by car, where, for example, shopping can be done.

The nearby Treene river offers you a variety of leisure activities.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. The house is situated in Großenrade in the outdoor area in the middle of the countryside. From the house you can take beautiful walks or bike rides. The Kiel Canal is only a few minutes' drive away. The North Sea is easily accessible by car. The house has 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room, a kitchen and a shower room. A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
