It was a pleasant stay at Daniela's apartment who welcomed us warmly and took care of us when we arrived. A very clean and functional apartment very well connected a few minutes from the tram to Venice which made it easy for us to get around. Daniela's apartment is located in Mestre in a residential area close to very nice shops and restaurants. We would 100% recommend this listing!! Absolutely stunning location with access to the beach for swimming or a walking path to town. About a 5 minute walk to a bar/restaurant on the water or a 20 minute walk to Piran. The description does not lie — quite a steep hike from the parking lot to the house, especially with luggage. Definitely bring mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside.

Excellent stay, in every way. Our arrival was made easier because we were a little early and Maria Valeria was very responsive to welcome us earlier. The recommendations of things to do nearby were perfect, the place was great, we felt at home. Prato della Valle just next door is a dynamic and very beautiful neighborhood.

The five of us spent two weeks in the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. We immediately felt comfortable. The possibility to swim in the pool at any time is perfect. It's not huge, but you can swim comfortably there. The kitchen was well equipped, so additional cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were newly made. Otherwise, there are several very good restaurants within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next largest supermarkets are all in Umag itself (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!
