I am so glad to find this place just in time for my family vacation. Leo was very helpful the whole time and the place was so easy to find. There is a couple dominican restaurants around, very local. I hope it is available again on the future 😍😍

Very good host, very good place

Enjoyed the place extremely. New condo, clean, awesome shower and waher/dryer, nice patio and wonderful new kitchen. Pool was close to unit and very refreshing. Well worth the visit. Thanks Rose

Great stay at Leo's place, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and in a good location for us. Leo is on top of things and is very responsive. We will definitely stay here agian.

Villa Esperanza is the perfect escape right in the heart of Sosua. The pool and jacuzzi are a whole vibe—clean, relaxing, and surrounded by a beautiful, siren-like backyard that makes you forget the world. The BBQ area next to the pool is ideal for chill evenings and good company. Donny was a great host—super responsive and helpful. Be sure to ask him about his taxi guy, Carlos. That man knows every corner of the island and is your go-to for airport rides and getting around like a local. Also, don’t leave without trying Donny’s chef. Trust me—dude whips it down. Best meals we had the whole trip. Highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely be back.

Carlos place is clean and the neighbors are friendly. The rooftop has a great view of the city, mountains and ocean. The secretary Maria was always available if needed. Carlos is very responsive. My air conditioner stopped working and Carlos had someone come on the same day to repair it. That's almost unheard of in the Dominican Republic. The area has several restaurants and stores in walking distance. You will not need a car unless you are planning on doing a lot of site seeing around the city. I will be looking forward to staying again in the future.

The instructions was very clear and easy access. Quiet place with great view, Michal responded very fast to and delivered in shortly mannered.

This was a amazing and beautiful place with great view.beach and pool walking distance. I loved it would recommend it and will come back again in July. The only one thing that I wasn’t satisfied with was that there was no hot water other then that amazing

Ramon was such a pleasure to deal with. He took the stress out of seeking accommodations, and made us feel comfortable and secure during our stay. This booking was absolutely amazing, and an excellent value for our money. I’ll definitely be looking to book this apartment again when I’m back.

Santiago Penthouse Perfection My stay in this Santiago penthouse was exceptional. The four rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. Our host was incredibly responsive and eager to please. The top-notch amenities, including a fantastic pool and gym, truly elevated the experience. It was a pristine and comfortable sanctuary with outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santiago!

It's a strategic place, facing the sea, on one of the best kitesurfing beaches. Pure sea air, cozy, clean, large and safe penthouse. Two of my children were in a room that has no connection to ours but is next door and complete as well but belongs to the penthouse depending on the amount of people, very comfortable and with all the amenities. The kitesurfing vibes is felt and we will certainly be back for sure.
