EASY PARKING AND ACCESS. IN THE GARDEN THERE IS FIREWOOD AVAILABLE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A FIRE IF YOU WANT IN THE CHIMNEY. IT IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN, HEATING WITH RADIATORS IN EACH ROOM. IT IS AN INVERTED PENTHOUSE THAT OVERLOOKS THE GARDEN, AND THE TOWN SQUARE THROUGH THE OTHER ENTRANCE. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
