It's actually a hotel room except there is no hotel service which I did not need either. I had lived in this hotel years ago so there is no problem at all except it is much cheaper. Thanks for the host for very good communication. Highly recommend to everyone as the hotel is very accessible.

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and organized. Marcela super attentive and communicative. The only point that was not very good was the mattress was half sunken. Fora that super indico!!

The stay was amazing. Me and my girlfriend stayed in the apartment for a week. Excellent location, right in the main square, with easy access to any point of the city - with short distances and easy walks. Around you have great options to eat. The apartment is in great condition. The photos correspond well to the apartment. It is very spacious, with a high right foot. The kitchen does have a refrigerator (the kitchen photo shows a minibar, but it has already been replaced by a refrigerator). Seu Luiz was very friendly and attentive. We love our stay and recommend it to everyone.

Well organized and clean apartment, easy to locate, secure building with 24-hour concierge, covered garage, has gas station, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and restaurant nearby.

Kitchen utensils could be a little newer, for example, the cutlery (nothing that compromises the stay). The house has a lot of natural ventilation and is always fresh. We spent two days at Aline's farm to celebrate my husband's birthday and we love the experience. The villa is very well cared for and clean, with an incredible leisure area, perfect for moments of fun and relaxation. The rooms are cozy and all have ceiling fans, ensuring a very airy and comfortable atmosphere. The location is excellent, easy access, and still has a little market very close by, where we found everything we needed. Sure, we'll be back soon for more special moments!"

Very clean and cozy place. Rafa is very receptive, we end up not meeting much for the schedules, but she was very friendly. The kittens are passionate and very quiet and loving. The parking lot is on the street, but there are spaces in front of the condominium. The condominium also has one of those self-service market trailers right in front of the block, very convenient.
