Escape from the crowds and enjoy a real Roman experience in the tranquillity of this minimal, modern flat in a quiet corner nestled into the city's magnificent Aurelian Walls. Clean lines, crisp white walls, and sleek wood and metal finishing create an airy, up-to-date feel. The flat has an open-plan kitchen-living space, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can accommodate up to three guests plus younger children. We’ve taken a lot of care to try and make sure your stay is as comfy and hassle-free as possible. There are various possible sleeping combinations so please ask if you need a particular arrangement. A child’s cot is available on request. Dogs are welcome and we can provide a dog’s bed. There’s wi-fi and air-conditioning in every room. Appliances include TV-DVD combo, dishwasher, washing machine and almost everything else you might need. The furniture is brand new except when it’s rather old. You can borrow from our collection of guidebooks, cookbooks, novels and DVDs during your stay. BUSES 360 to Termini Central Station 628 to Town Centre 218, 360 and 665 to San Giovanni Metro METRO San Giovanni and Piazza Re di Roma are both 10 minutes away on foot. And 218, 360 and 665 buses run from San Giovanni to Piazza Epiro. ON FOOT You can reach a lot of attractions on foot. For example, the Colosseum is about 20 minutes' pleasant walk away. TAXIS The nearest taxi rank is at Piazza Tuscolo a few minutes' walk away. CYCLE You can hire bicycles locally from Info Point Appia Antica, Via Appia Antica, 58. This is a great way to visit the Appia Antica Park. SCOOTER HIRE Hiring a scooter is a great way to get around Rome. There are a couple of places in the centre that specialise in renting to tourists, e.g. BICI & BACI, Via del Viminale, 5. TOURIST TAX INCLUDED EXTRA BEDS We can host a maximum of 3 people over 12 years of age (municipal rules) but extra children are allowed. You can request: - an extra bed for a child under 12 years old (€15/night extra). The flat's warm and casually elegant atmosphere is in a unique location in front of the Imperial Forums and two minutes walk from the Colosseum,it's everything very easy to reach!The flat is composed of two wide rooms, in the living room there are a queen size sofa bed, a 50es dining table and a new fully equipped kitchenette. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with a double wardrobe and an easy writing desk. The bathroom is in the bedroom, so it would be much easier for a couple to share the apartment with a family member than a friend. The apartment is at the second floor without elevator. You will be hosted in a two rooms flat with bathroom and kitchenette. Many buses going in every directions of the city stops in the two closest main streets: Via dei Fori Imperiali and Via Cavour. Via del Colosseo is truly very well connected!!! If you are arriving from Termini Station you will take the subway/metro B direction Laurentina and you will step down to Colosseo stop.

Fatti avvolgere dall'atmosfera rilassata e silenziosa del patio di questo appartamento, una sfiziosa rarità nella vivacità di Roma. Poi gusta la ricercatezza dei vari ambienti caratterizzati da netti contrasti di colore, tra bianco, grigio e rosso.
