This groovy little hideaway is nestled in Penarth, just 10-min from Cardiff. The space is part of our home but totally private, with its own entrance and no shared indoor areas. The open-plan studio is on a pedestrian-only path (less than 1-min walk from parking) 🚗 Please note 📝our home office is next door, & we work from home most days. The garden is technically shared, but we rarely use it. Roaming the garden is our super-friendly dog. She’s great with everyone & other dogs.🐶

You will have the whole house to yourself. The bedroom has a king size bed with mini fridge and kettle. There's a kitchen/diner, living room, bathroom and garden and another downstairs toilet. There's also a free allocated parking space. Update April 2024: Doris, the house rabbit (mentioned in the guest reviews) passed away in February, so it's it now a pet free house. The property is only 35 mins walk to the centre of the city centre and the millennium stadium.
