Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cagliari

We spent two weeks at Lisa’s apartment with our little daughter. Check in was flexible and easy thanks to a video. Lisa also provided a cot and highchair which was great. The garden was perfect for our daughter to play in and we could enjoy the sun almost the whole day. From the apartment it’s just a short walk to the high street with shops and restaurants. We had a rented car and visited lots of different beaches in the area. All in all we can definitely recommend staying at Lisa’s place.

We had a perfect holiday in Marcos house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos on the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with weaver grill and separate laundry room . The kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses in bed very comfortable! We were able to have all the meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace . Very good starting point for trips to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long beach walks. Marco is a very courteous, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's house! Alessandro gave us many great tips in advance and was always available. We were surprised with Sardinian delicacies upon our arrival. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. We absolutely loved the location, the view and the amenities of the house. The house is an 8-minute walk from the beautiful beach - here too! Alessandro provided us with sun loungers and umbrellas, which is absolutely not a matter of course. Close to shops if you need anything. We had a brief problem with the irrigation system, after briefly contacting Alessandro, gardeners arrived 5 minutes later who fixed the whole thing. We were very satisfied and would come back any time. We can highly recommend the place to everyone! Thanks for the incredibly great time 🌞❤️

Marcello's house allowed us to spend a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beauty of the beaches very close by both on foot and by car. The house is functional, clean and the double bathroom is very convenient for families. Within walking distance are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. Marcello's advice was a big help.

Great stay value for money, with everything you might need! spacious bedrooms. Diego answered our queries promptly. I recommend his place for your stay in the south of the island, in a quiet little town.

Five stars just because you can't give more! Michela is available and very responsive to requests. The house is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts possible (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, grill, barbecue, air conditioning both on the ground floor and in the mezzanine, TV) and upon arrival all present to start the stay (body soap, shampoo, coffee capsules, jams and breakfast brioches, laundry detergent and dishwasher, necessary for barbecue); also equipped with towels and sheets (also for the small baby bed). Plus: Welcome kit with cold ichnusa in the fridge and great cherry tomatoes. Definitely relaxing place, out of the chaos but a three-minute drive from Flumendosa beach, recommended by Michela (beautiful, not too crowded and with very affordable prices for umbrellas and sun loungers). Basically, arrive and feel immediately on vacation thanks to the host's accuracy.

Fulvio and his wife were impeccable: welcoming, kind and super helpful. They made our stay very pleasant in addition to offering us the perfect accommodation: the apartment is large and cozy, furnished with unique pieces that make you feel at home. It has a special balcony and veranda. It is equipped with every comfort; they made us find body soap, shampoo, coffee, pastries and more; they provide games, umbrellas and beach towels, incredible comfort if you travel by plane. Every corner was super clean, I saw a few places like that, really appreciated.

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Accommodation small for us great location. It was in a quiet location. Shops were within walking distance as well as the beach. Parking in the garage or on the street very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything we needed. The owner explained everything to us and gave us many types for trips and restaurants. The city center is also very easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop on foot 7 min. I like the waste separation. We felt safe and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Federico was extremely accommodating and very prompt with his response. On the first day there he offered to drive us to the beach for free! He sent me the times of the bus timetable located opposite the property, and recommended the best restaurants in the area. The location is right on the doorstep on the town centre, and about a 26 minute walk to the nearest beach Spiaggia simius. Overall very amazing location and accommodation!

Elisabetta was a lovely host. She received us warmly with great recommendations and was very sweet and attentive to our needs. The flat is super cosy with all the supplies and amenities one could need. The decoration is very thoughtfully put together with Elisabetta's personal touch and ideal for anyone looking to stay in Cagliari.

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home with everything you may need. The plus was getting to know the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for a place to visit and restaurants to eat in. Thanks to the great location we visited the entire south of Sardinia, from Sant antioco to villasimius. The apartment is in a very nice villa complex, we stayed at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacco, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, there's also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, washing machine and everything you may need. We felt at home, thank you for enriching our trip. Lovely,clean apartment for a short stay and exploring the city. Located in the very center in a historic building with a large terrace overlooking the port. I definitely recommend staying in Cagliari.

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

Lovely apartment does not do enough what it really is, in the house we found everything we could need, great location both for its proximity to the beaches and downtown. Claudia was very kind and recommended us both for the rental and for the best beaches, highly recommended

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was as described and is very lovingly decorated. In the kitchen there was everything you need (including oil, vinegar, salt pepper, rags, dish soap, etc.)! The communication was very friendly. We highly recommend a stay.

We enjoyed our stay, near enough to centre without the touristy hustle and bustle. Lovely comfortable space, lots of nice Italian touches and special balcony for views and outside meals.
