My house is small but cozy and bright, it has all the comforts, but what makes it really special is the beautiful view. Please note that the neighborhood is located on a hill, so the road is always uphill! But at the same time, this location is strategic for quickly reaching the tourist area, all the attractions, the port, the station and the buses.

The apartment is located in the Villanova neighborhood. This is one of the four historic districts of Cagliari that make up the city center.
