It is a bright and spacious three-room apartment from the 1960s, lived in and cared for with love by a young couple. 🏘️ It is located in the Sant'Agostino district, a central and authentic area of Alghero, rich in main services (bars, markets, pastry shops, wine shops, restaurants). 📍 10 minutes from the historic centre (Piazza Sulis), the ramparts and the beach of Las Tronas. 15 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the Lido di Alghero.

SUITE IL TEATRO is located in the historic center of Alghero along the Rivera del Corallo, in Sardinia. It is located on the second and last floor of a small building. It was recently renovated maintaining the characteristic exposed stone, tuff, a construction material that enhances the historicity of the place. It is developed on two levels: a large open space with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms and a reading and working corner. It is perfect for a family or two couples.

You can choose to stroll along the coast, explore the charming cobbled streets of the center, relax in the coves just a 5-minute walk away, or enjoy the beach a 15-minute walk away.

The recently built house is in a strategic location; just cross the street and you're on the beach. The beach can be public, or you can find several beach resorts. Nearby: supermarkets, banks, post office, beach bus stop, bike rental, etc. Walking along the Bousquet promenade, you can enjoy the enchanting sunset.
