Cannes beaches 7 km away, Croisette 10 km away. Valbonne / Sophia Antipolis at 9 km, Grasse at 7.

Propriété clôturée et férmée par un portail motorisé. La maison est au grand calme, elle est entourée de verdure. La mer se situe à moins de 5 km. L'aéroport Nice côte d'azur 15 mn de voiture. Cagnes sur mer se trouve entre Nice et Cannes, tout près de Saint Paul de Vence et des principaux sites touristiques.

The medieval village of Haut de Cagnes has long attracted many artists, it was nicknamed "The Montmartre of the Côte d'Azur" classified as a "historic site" in 1948. A maze of alleys, panoramic views, it reveals itself to you. Our house is in the heart of the village near Place du Château where there are several restaurants. Ideally located, free shuttle bus no. 44 stop, 5-minute walk to the city center, 20-minute walk to the sea, 10-minute drive to Polygone Riviera.

The "pavilion" of Villa Marie has recently been renovated and offers the delicacy of a small pavilion just for you. This little house with a gable on the street enjoys great brightness. The entrance is no longer from the street but from the pretty bow window located on another facade, for added comfort. The very spacious private terrace is shaded and lush. It has a "summer shower back from the beach". The cozy little rooms are thoughtfully equipped .

We are delighted to host you in our studio, completely refurbished in May 2024! Located in a small village house close to all amenities (shops and restaurants 3 min walk). 5 minutes from bus stops to get off in the center of Cannes. In a few minutes by bus you will be in the center of Cannes, and enjoy its beaches and festivals, 15 minutes from Nice airport and 5 minutes from the highway. No air conditioning, but on the ground floor and thick walls!
