Vacation rentals with a sauna in Caixa D Aco

The experience was great! The place is exactly like the photos.. well clean, functional and comfortable! Good location too. In the apartment I just missed a Shampoo stand inside the box (need to stay on the floor..) and the bed is Double (not Queen, as advertised). The kitchen is well equipped and in the bedroom and living room has plenty of lockers to store things. The pool is beautiful!! However, the area is not very large and is very crowded (since the building holds many people, nor was it high season).

The apartment had everything we needed. The location is excellent, close to the waterfront and to several shops. The garage is spacious and the porters are very helpful and professional. The building is organized and safe. Surely I would stay again if you get the chance.

The apartment is beautiful and super equipped. In addition, it has a pool, playroom and resting space. Renata is a great host who responds quickly and serves her guests very well. The apartment's location is unbeatable; one block from the sea and close to restaurants and venues. I would definitely come back.

Great cost-benefit, well organized and calm condominium with good location, you can do almost everything on foot. The concierge staff were also very attentive and very quiet to receive and answer our doubts. I recommend the place.

Great stay, building 100% safe 24 hours a day. Excellent location, it was a few blocks from the wheel and the central beach, as well as on its coast. In the building they laid a 24-hour self-service market, which is very practical and comfortable. Next to the condominium there is a 24hs pharmacy. as for the cleanliness, I was all relentless when we arrived. The apartment is very nice, small but useful, it is just for 4 people as indicated.

I stayed 4 nights,with my son and my husband,and we liked the stay very much and the host Fabrício was very helpful,always responded quickly.The condominium is very complete, reception staff were very friendly and gave several tips of places,plenty of leisure and fun options,and not to mention that the Bombinhas beach is all good,we enjoy and have a lot of fun, I recommend the beach 🏖️ and the apartment of Fabrício and Andréia , when another opportunity arises, we will return for sure.

The place is ideal for a short stay, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The place was clean and the condominium has several worthwhile amenities if you go with children. The entry system is cumbersome, they use a QR, but it does not depend on the host, it is the system of the condominium. You can walk down to the beach and the apt has a parasol and two resposeras that come very well.

Excellent stay. The condominium has 3 swimming pools (one heated and two not heated), gym and dry sauna. The apartment has a very large and comfortable bed, gas shower and barbecue with a good balcony, overlooking the pool. The host was very attentive, fulfilling all my requests for changes and answering questions promptly. Recommend! Great!

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

was great our stadia, we found everything we needed in the apartment and in the dependency of the condominium. pool at a good temperature to relax, the games area my son loved it. we certainly recommend it and soon we will be back!

The apartment was perfect, but the condominium itself was not. I said I had a parking lot, at the end it was a rotating parking lot that had several manoeuvres, one of them crashed my car and no one was responsible, I had a huge loss. Besides all my car slept on the street after the place was full of cars… the apartment itself is good, but the condo does not. I do not recommend going with your car in high season.

The house is very spacious, super clean excellent leisure area, very close to the beach. Something unexpected happened to us and they were super gentle and helpful. We will definitely return! Perfect stay!

The beautiful place, quiet, beautiful grove with direct access to the beach. Gral service. impeccable! If you go with children you have plaza, pools, game room, soccer court, tennis. Tenes gym and sauna. The apartment is spotless! You have housekeeping service. When you go to the beach, you get the umbrella chairs. The truth WAS INCREDIBLE!!!

The stay in Fabiana's house, it was excellent, very good host, attentive. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of rest, sun and beach. Highly recommended.
