Everything was very nice but for my group of friends who told me repeatedly that because it was going to the water, it would be great for Mrs. to indicate the reason because there is no water all day for future tenants to foresee, everything else was fine, grateful for her welcome.

In general, everything is very good. There are some topics with hot water that were fixed. The people who took care of us are very attentive and warm. I recommend it

This duplex is very cozy and has many rooms to enjoy, spacious, ventilated and hot rooms at night. Everything was delivered very clean and tidy It is located 10 minutes by car from downtown, super easy to get to! I would definitely come back. I would just recommend coordinating the garage space well.
