Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.

I've never seen a better equipped vacation home, plus super clean. It is in a beautiful and quiet urbanization from which you can walk to the nearest beach, Cabo Roig, and the restaurant/march area. Highly recommended, especially with little ones!

This apartment is in a perfect location for great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The area was quiet and we had a nice balcony to enjoy the sun and dry our clothes on the line. The apartment was very clean. Victoria was easily available upon arrival because she lives in the same building. Building felt safe with a locked main door. Price was fantastic for the location!

We felt very comfortable. Amparo and her partner are very nice and very helpful and always available. Thank you for the time there. We will be happy to come back.
