The location of the vacation home is perfect, nice restaurants, cafes, bike rentals and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. You can stay in this vacation home without a car. Directly across the street from the house is a small supermarket. The beautiful beach bays of Cala Selena and Cala Ferrera are a 5-minute walk away, the marina of Cala d'Or is about 10 minutes. drive or 1/2 hour walk. In the pedestrian zone of Cala d'Or there are restaurants, boutiques and souvenir shops.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

This wonderful jewel with history is located a few meters away from Portopetro. This workshop belonged originally to a carpenter who restored wooden boats. The house is built from the original rock that forms part of this space's heart. Thus, rock, wood, and iron make up the house's aesthetics and structure, giving the sensation of being on a ship that seems to house a cave inside.
