Come and stay in the former summer residence of a famous family of vermouth makers. Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost. I have a parking space that I make available to you free of charge :-)

Unexpected, quiet and bright

If you want to feel the vibrations of the heart of our beautiful city, then our apartment is for you. A stone's throw from Les Halles: this is where everything happens! Bars, restaurants, shops, everything is nearby. The apartment has all the comforts: new layout and furniture, air conditioning, dishwasher etc... quiet and sunny, rare in the city center. We have 2 bikes for rent at a reduced price. Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay.

You will be particularly seduced by the view of the port and the sea, its location, its equipment and its interior design. Watch the fishing boats come in with the seagulls swirling overhead.

Central and yet quiet, the apartment is located 300m from the Royal Quay (Joutes), in the heart of the city with many festivities, close to all amenities (max 5 minutes walk), the turist office, bus stops for the beaches, the Fishing Port and Commercial Port, the Market Halls - the place to try to taste the delights of Sète. A bike hire is at 3 min. walk and the Sea theater is 10 min. walk.

With an independent outdoor entrance. An exterior in a small patio with a table and at your disposal. Ideal for spending a few days in downtown Sète!!!
