Monia is the perfect host. So kind and responsive. She even had someone meet us at the train to pick us up. How very thoughtful! Her place is quite charming place with many nice touches. Everything we needed and wanted was very walkable: the market, grocery, bank, great restaurants and gelato, and historic sites. We would definitely stay at Monia's again!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer. Mauro hat uns persönlich empfangen und viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Er ist super nett und war immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, in der Nähe vom Strand. Die Stadt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Great experience on the farm! We loved the beach bike ride and the morning view of the cows. Happy we booked our stay here. Check in was flexible which was much appreciated.

Martine is eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auf Ihrer Homepage gibt sie die besten Tipps für ausgehen, Restaurants, Strände usw. usw. Wir haben all diese Informationen sehr geschätzt. Martine war jederzeit für weitere Fragen erreichbar. Ihre Wohnung ist liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise wurden wir herzlich von Martines Freundin Carla empfangen. Die gesamten 4 Wochem in Follonica waren herrlich. Wir haben Wohnung selbst, die Lage der Wohnung und die Stadt sehr genossen. Eine Kleinigkeit, die wir zu Ende Oktober vermisst haben waren wärmere atmungsaktive Decken. Alles andere war perfekt. Danke Martine!

Daniela ed Eleonora sono delle host accoglienti, disponibili, gentili e reattive. Si sono dimostrate flessibili sia nell'orario di check in che di check out. Daniela ci ha dato consigli utili sulla zona ma quello che si percepisce è l'attenzione verso l'ospite: noi ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. L'appartamento è in ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi, è pulitissimo, ben organizzato, perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione e dotato di tutto. Saremmo potuti partire con il solo spazzolino e non ci sarebbe mancato niente. Il benvenuto che ci ha organizzato Daniela è stata una coccola che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Strand ist sehr nah. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt ruhig und die Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die gesamte Gegend ist landschaftlich sehr schön. Consuelo ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefüht und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Prachtige locatie met fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Zeer grote, mooie tuin. Perfecte privacy. Achteraan het domein heeft de eigenaar evenwel een eigen verblijfplaats, met eigen ingang. Gelukkig was tijdens onze periode de eigenaar niet aanwezig, want dat zou dat perfecte privacy-gevoel wel wat hebben verminderd. Het is een oudere villa maar voorzien van alle comfort. Moderne goed uitgeruste badkamers. De keuken is ook zeer functioneel, maar niet gemoderniseerd. Dat wisten we vooraf, want duidelijk te zien op de foto’s. Silva is een perfecte host : proactief en zeer vriendelijk. Ook de extra poetsbeurten die we hadden gevraagd werden perfect geregeld door Silva en uitstekend uitgevoerd door Sabrina. Het enige nadeel van de locatie en de gehele omgeving is dat er veel muggen zijn.

Consiglio la struttura per la sua posizione strategica. Davanti casa c'è la spiaggia e la zona pedonale che vi porta in centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Zona molto tranquilla e appartamento dotato di tutto.

è già la seconda volta che alloggiamo da Federica e ci siamo sempre trovati bene. lei è precisa gentile e disponibile, la posizione dell'appartamento è ottima a due passi dal mare ma comunque tranquilla; si trova anche vicino alla riserva delle saline

Wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr sonnig und alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Vittorio war sehr hilfreich und gab gute Tipps.

Die Unterkunft von Carlo hat uns sehr gefallen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte eigenes Badezimmer. Carlos ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und war immer hilfsbereit. Fast alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage und was sehr wichtig war, Moskitonetze weil so Konten wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Carlo war zuvorkommend und hat uns erlaubt später aus zu checken so das wir den Ganzen Tag noch dort verbrachten und erst um 19:00 abgereist sind.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist grosszügig mit Sicht auf das Meer. Zu Fuss ist das Städtchen in 10 Minuten erreicht. Der Privatparkplatz schätzten wir sehr. Barbara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved our stay at Einar's property, the view is to die for, and the proximity to the beach brilliant! Einar is very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted little issues. The flat was spotless, and is well equipped. The only negative was that the master bedroom got very hot as the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I think Einar is planning to address this. We fell in love with Giglio and hope to return in the near future!

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell' appartamento di Massimiliano. Ci siamo veramente rilassati e sentiti a nostro agio. Tutto come da descrizione, anzi ha superato le aspettative. Spiaggia libera e fruibile proprio di fronte al cancello di casa e vista mare stando a tavola in soggiorno. I bagni e le spiagge attrezzate sono ai lati della spiaggia libera , altrettanto comodi con accesso anche tramite rampa per disabili. Posizione ottimale anche per le passeggiate serali in quanto si trova sulla via pedonale, ma in una zona leggermente defilata rispetto ai bar e ristoranti più frequentati e rumorosi. Nell' appartamento c è tutto quello che può servire ( lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina del caffe) ed il posto auto. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere a casa e contiamo di tornarci.
