Well furnished and comfortable, it is spread over 2 levels and boasts 3 bathrooms, 3 sea view bedrooms and a large living room with adjoining kitchen overlooking the sea. The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

My place is near downtown Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants,a pharmacy dispensary, post office Only about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Piscine Naturali, Cala Dell 'Water, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! However, visible from the sea to a 50-meter district from the coast to admire it!!

It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The house is located in the charming village of Sant'Angelo d'Ischia, a ten-minute walk from its center. It is spacious, fresh, bright and with a sea view.
