Vacation rentals in Cala Spalmatoio

We had an amazing stay in Marinella! The villa was beautiful, peaceful, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The town itself is quiet and relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind. Our host was incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to provide baby items for our 10-month-old, which made traveling so much easier. They also offered great tips and recommendations for exploring the area. We’d definitely recommend renting a car if you plan to travel to and from the airport or take day trips to Rome. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Staying at David's place was wonderful. When we arrived, David and his wife Mika gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. The following days we really enjoyed living in their house Tre Mari, it was cozy, very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed super comfy. The view was breathtaking. Finding the way to David's place was easy, because he described it really well for us. Be sure to rent a small car, because the roads can be tricky, but we can guarantee it is worth it! We also enjoyed the company of David's 2 cats that live outside while we stayed at Tre Mari, they were cute and cuddly. If you don't like cats in the house, don't worry, they stay outside anyways. Monte Argentario and the whole area is very well suited for daily hikes and breathtaking views, and there are many really nice bays for swimming. All in all we can very much recommend this place, it was a great vacation and lovely to meet David and Mika.

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

We had a wonderful week at Ale's cottage, with direct sea views and 2 islands. Ale sent a very accurate description of how to find her, incl. Photos of the main branches. It was easy for us to find. We were there with an SUV and 2 e-bikes, so we could easily reach the parking lot to our chalet, also down the slightly steeper road to the chalet. For all vehicles that do not have a higher wheelbase, there is a parking space above Ales house, you are downstairs in 3 -4 minutes walk. Ale gave us a warm welcome, and provided us with tips for restaurants and beaches in the vicinity. Our chalet had everything, there were two of us. 2 terraces, one with outdoor kitchen, in the bedroom there is air conditioning, which we used to fall asleep. We enjoyed the view over the sea to the islands from morning to evening, there was always something to see. We had a great time, thanks Ale!

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed so close to the sea before and the view from my bedroom every morning was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful place! The terrace, the view, and the stairs down to the sea - all beautiful. The house is clean and with everything we needed, even with a small child and two dogs. Luigi and his brother were very kind and helpful at all times. So many different things to do nearby. I would come back!

Nice apartment with large patio including a barbecue, ocean views with sunrise. Garage with door available short walk away, somewhat tight but fits small/medium-sized vehicle. Walkable 10-15 minutes downhill to nearby restaurants and stores. Great host, readily available and helpful.
