Monthly Rentals in Calañas

Lex's casita is rural, charming and has a lovely, sunny private pool area. The courtyard offers 2 covered areas with well attended planting - a great space for eating and chilling in the shade. The casita itself is quite small, but we spent all our time outside. We didn't cook anything whilst we were there, but there was plenty of fridge/freezer space. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was lovely and dark and cooled with air conditioning. Lex and Robert are great hosts - on site, always available, but never intrusive. The casita was easier to find than it sounds - and Lex had put balloons out on the main road to show us the way

I recommend the place to disconnect and recharge batteries, as the apartment is very careful and you can see that it decorated with care to make you feel at home. The bed and pillow are super comfortable and the shower is excellent. Also, the surroundings are very peaceful. The hosts, although they live on the top floor of the home, are discreet and they are not heard (I hope they do not either) while they have always been available for anything you might need so we are grateful for that. I would like to take advantage of my review to mention 2 services that are advertised but do not correspond to our reservation: 1. The entrance to the building is not independent of the hosts (although for us it was no problem) 2. There is no free parking on the premises (although we find parking easily nearby) As I point out, this did not tarnish our cozy stay but simply for future guests to take into account beforehand.

The house is in a small village near several pedestrian paths. It is a total quiet area, great for rest but also for walking in nature. Nearby are several towns and cities, all with lots of heritage to know and excellent places for tapas and to live with. The house itself is magnificent, being prepared to receive up to 5 people and in full autonomy (to cook and simply be). O José um de facto a super host! From what we fully recommend. Deixo only the note for those who travel with people with limited mobility: the house is accessible by car but will only move backwards. We ended up not doing so because, in practice, our senior was always able to make the short journey (100m?) from the house to the car, without difficulty and even with joy. :-) We would like to come back because it was so much to see and do. It is a very cozy little house, it lacks nothing and the environment is wonderful. The host provided us with all the necessary information and answered very quickly any of the questions that arose from us. We recommend it to know the area of the Sierra de Aracena since there are many places to visit close to the house.
