everything excellent, Alejandro and Daniel very helpful, they were attentive both to everything requested, in addition they supported me in a specific family situation...nice view, a D1 leaving the building, and a few meters away from supermarket ,stationery and pharmacy ... gym in the building q also used and the security quite attentive and helpful...the only details I saw was a drainer that gets less of a topic that sure they will take care of as I shared the request and that there are furniture doors that are hard but fit and ready...by lp else everything is excellent...would definitely come back!

It exceeded our expectations. Laura is a great host, she responded super fast and that helped us a lot on arrival in the city and the apartment. This apartment in relation to cost benefit is magnificent

We were a group of 4 girls staying at Maria’s condo in Medellín and had an amazing time! Although our stay was short, everything about it was perfect. The condo is in a quieter part of the city, which made it super peaceful. We couldn’t hear any noise at night, which was great after long days out. The location is also very walkable to Provenza, so we were able to easily explore the area’s restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. We felt incredibly safe the entire time, especially with the 24-hour receptionit gave us peace of mind as a group of girls traveling together. Maria was also so responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The condo itself is huge, spotless, and has an absolutely stunning view of the city. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay here again!

All was very good. Everything was clean and as described The only thing that I found as it happened on some of the days I was there were some neighbors that were a little noisy so it made it harder for me to work. Worth the cost to have a good place to stay.

Really nice location

This was a guy’s trip seven of us first time out the country had a very pleasant time. Our driver Canelo was amazing, but he wasn’t forward with us about us paying for our ride until the end of our trip. Although we tipped him daily for getting us around, we still have to pay an additional 2 million pesos at the end of our stay .. he had to break down so it all made sense would definitely come back but would stay in a hotel next time closer to the strip. House is amazing though.

The house is very nice to spend time as a family It is a very quiet sector and the house has everything you need for a quiet stay, David and Mrs. and Gloria and her husband very formal in welcoming us David's specifications are very clear to get to the place and very attentive to any concerns

An excellent place for family time. It has an excellent place to do different activities like games, asado and so on. Santiago was always very attentive and diligent with everything we needed.

Andrés was an amazing host for us. He was great at communicating. He helped us with airport transportation there and back . He also had great recommendations for us to try different things and excursions. We had an in house helper Michael that helped with all our needs. Michael also helped us get around with our Ubers and when we were home made sure we were safe. There was also a cleaning lady that cleaned the rooms and made sure the house was always clean. We had a great experience and definitely will be booking there again.

We had recently rented the AirBNB property in Medellin located at Cl.2, #20-75, El Poblado from 22 to 27 April 2025. We had an extremely comfortable stay and we are grateful to our host Carlos Faria. Carlos was in touch with me 3 months before our arrival date and then a week before. The contact with Carlos made us feel very comfortable and we appreciated Carlos energy and positive attitude. When we arrived at the property, Carlos provided us with all the details of the house door lock, building security, operation of appliances and the option to have a cook. Carlos guided us to the many tour options and even though we had prebooked a few tours, his guidance helped us prepare better. One morning I had to call Carlos to replace the pots in the house as the non-stick surface was scratched and by noon we had a set of excellent new pots and pans. Absolutely brilliant! no questions, no arguments just what we asked for! We all have nothing but praise for such an efficient and result oriente

Great location clean and open rooms was nice size and the 4 flight walk up was worth it will book again.

The apartment is really nice and comfortable...the location plus the view and hottub was perfect for me.

This place is in a wonderful walkable location in poblado with a BEAUTIFUL view. Aura was super responsive and always answered any questions I had. One thing to keep in mind is Poblado is a touch louder area in general in Medellin so just keep that in mind, I feel a lot of people miss that when booking a place in that area! But super fun area and a great airbnb!!

This place was prefect location for Lleras Parque and all the shops. The jacuzzi was the center peace for entertainment. There’s even a cool balcony that is perfect for a cup of Colombian coffee. Also, the cleaning Luisa came everyday and kept the place tidy. Thank you for an awesome vacation.

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. There were a few issues on this visit but all the issues were corrected Melissa is very responsive and easy to get ahold of.
