We did our military family Christmas here with family from all over and when we walked in a tree was up and already decorated. Took the stress of a tree away. Communication was great with a very responsive host before and during. Nothing negative to say about this property. Great time and thank you for everything.

Clean, charming house in a beautiful area, within walking distance to a couple of wonderful restaurants and trails. The Pantry was delicious for breakfast and Cantina Verde had the best Mexican food we’ve ever had! The house is also only a 15 minute drive to Cave of the Winds and Garden of the Gods. We loved that dogs are allowed at this house and the yard is fenced in! Would have enjoyed the hot tub if we had stayed longer. The host is super nice and check-in and check-out was very easy. The only downside was thin, uncomfortable pillows! So I suggest bringing your own if you can. Overall, a wonderful airbnb and host!

This house is a fantastic spot for a vacation! The hot tub is perfect for relaxing, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable which is ensuring a good night sleep. Everything I expected was provided and the house itself is very spacious, making it a great place to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

Michael was an amazing host! House was beautiful and it had everything that a family on vacation would need. From young to old there was accommodations for all. Very thoughtful down to the details. Quick to respond if we had any questions and gave us amazing recommendations of places and food and things to do while visiting Colorado Springs. My wife and I would do it all over again if given the chance. Absolutely loved it!!!

Kevin’s home is beautiful the pictures do it no justice. Kevin is an accommodating host and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to use the home again. The entire home was clean and spacious. I really felt at home.

This was definitely a home away from home. I left another Airbnb to come to this one because the other one was unacceptable. This home definitely made up for the last place we went. The home was beautiful, clean and accommodating. The host is a sweetheart. We will be back.

This place was GREAT. The walkability is amazing - we parked and never got in our car again all weekend. We were able to get to all the shops and restaurants and the spa very easily. Only word of caution is that if you have anything other than a small car or SUV, you would definitely have trouble parking in the available parking for the apartment. There’s public parking close by, but we did opt to rent a car for the weekend since I drive a large truck and I’m super glad I did. This is described in the listing, but it’s hard to visualize the logistics unless you’ve been there. Jeff and Mindy were very responsive and went above and beyond to help us retrieve a personal item left in the fondue restaurant below the apartment. Thank you! If we’re ever back in manitou, we will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay—the space was exactly what we needed and the location was perfect and close to all the events we were attending. The book they provide with local info and recommendations was so helpful. Ended up getting sick and needed an Urgent Care Clinic. The one they recommended was excellent—one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had! The thermostat is located in the owner’s space. I would have liked to have had control of the thermostat (just ask my husband! 🤣), but we used the space heaters and blankets and were comfortable. You can message the host to adjust the temp, but I didn’t want to bother them multiple times. Snacks and teas provided were excellent, beds were comfortable, spacious bathroom with dual sinks and nice shower—home had everything we needed and then some! When I couldn’t find the hair dryer, the host brought me one immediately. They were very responsive! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
