Our stay at Yerson's apartment was excellent. We spent 8 days in Cali on a family vacation and from the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Yerson was an exceptional host, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. The accommodation fulfilled everything promised and more, highlighting the attention to detail, additional services and excellent connectivity, ideal for working or keeping in touch. Definitely a fully recommended option for those looking for comfort, a good location and first-class hospitality.

Full of local culture with fantastic restaurants, cozy coffee shops, delightful bakeries, and unique local shops just steps away. This vibrant neighborhood is not only highly walkable but also safe, making it ideal for tourists looking to explore. The home is meticulously clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Jenifher was very responsive to our needs.

The home is beautiful and is in a peaceful area. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable the common area was inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

In this place they understood the importance of things smelling good: sheets, towels, interior space, etc. Very nice and with the plus of having a kitchen, fridge and washing machine.

It is an apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay: it has air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee machine, among other things. They also leave coffee and sugar for consumption Paola was very attentive to what we need, even allowed us to check out late The sector is quiet and has a bakery next door

Don Andres and his team are very kind to help with any concerns, they go one step further from the needs of the guests, The site is very well located with very safe areas and inside the apartment from the very modern entrance, the apartment is impeccable in every way, clean, tidy, etc. Over my expectations, I recommend it, I would definitely come back when I'm in Cali

The apartment is well located in a safe neighborhood and everything is very functional and clean. I would have liked an air conditioning system but the fans provided did the job.

Spacious apt in great walkable vibrant location. Parking spot available if needed. Clean home. Washer/dryer, kitchen amenities. Would recommend!

Exactly what it says online if not better. Really cozy place felt right at home, surrounded by a lot of restaurants walking distance everything is literally right there. Recommended place, the area is very nice, residential and quiet, there are different places to eat and is close to areas of interest in Cali. The apartment is just like the photos, thanks to Jonathan for always being aware of communication.

The place I booked was not available, however, Alex fixed very quickly and stayed in an apartment with more comfort and luxuries. I'm super grateful, because I felt right at home. Alex is an excellent host and I would definitely stay again in one of his apts. The only opportunity for improvement is for them to put a WIFI signal repeater in the main room as the connection is intermittent.
