Full of local culture with fantastic restaurants, cozy coffee shops, delightful bakeries, and unique local shops just steps away. This vibrant neighborhood is not only highly walkable but also safe, making it ideal for tourists looking to explore. The home is meticulously clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Jenifher was very responsive to our needs.

I had the pleasure of staying at Nathalia's beautiful home, and I can't recommend it enough! Nathalia is an exceptional host—super helpful, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. She provided fantastic recommendations for things to do and delicious restaurants to try. One standout suggestion was Hamilton, which offered excellent transportation and tour services, making our time in Cali even more enjoyable. The home itself is stunning, located in a peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the common area was warm and inviting—exactly as shown in the photos. It’s a very quiet place, yet close to many of the city's key attractions, making it the perfect balance of peacefulness and convenience. My family and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Nathalia, for making our time in Cali so memorable!

In this place they understood the importance of things smelling good: sheets, towels, interior space, etc. Very nice and with the plus of having a kitchen, fridge and washing machine.

It is an apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay: it has air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee machine, among other things. They also leave coffee and sugar for consumption Paola was very attentive to what we need, even allowed us to check out late The sector is quiet and has a bakery next door

The apartment is well located in a safe neighborhood and everything is very functional and clean. I would have liked an air conditioning system but the fans provided did the job.

Spacious apt in great walkable vibrant location. Parking spot available if needed. Clean home. Washer/dryer, kitchen amenities. Would recommend!

Exactly what it says online if not better. Really cozy place felt right at home, surrounded by a lot of restaurants walking distance everything is literally right there. Recommended place, the area is very nice, residential and quiet, there are different places to eat and is close to areas of interest in Cali. The apartment is just like the photos, thanks to Jonathan for always being aware of communication.

The place I booked was not available, however, Alex fixed very quickly and stayed in an apartment with more comfort and luxuries. I'm super grateful, because I felt right at home. Alex is an excellent host and I would definitely stay again in one of his apts. The only opportunity for improvement is for them to put a WIFI signal repeater in the main room as the connection is intermittent.
