Our apartment, which is in a brand new apartment building with an elevator, has many equipment such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, stove, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, iron, tea maker to meet your needs. It has 1 bedroom with sea view and 1 normal double bedroom, 1 living room (2 people can stay) and a bathroom with 24-hour hot water.

Our apartment is located in the center of Fethiye, 5-15 minutes walk to the coastline, artisan hospital, shopping mall, bus station, Tuesday market, beach minibus stops(Ölüdeniz, Katrancı, Calis, etc.), 3M Migros and the street with various restaurants and banks. It is only on the garden floor of the building where our own family resides. Our apartment has all kinds of materials you will need. The use of the garden visible in the photos is only yours. You can find comfortable and free parking on the street for your car.

It offers two bedrooms, a kitchen and a lounge as well as a comfortable living area with two balconies. The main balcony with a spacious jacuzzi, sitting and dining area is specially designed for pleasant moments. Amenities such as TV, air conditioning, sheets and towels, iron, fully equipped kitchen utensils, fridge, washing machine and WiFi are available to make your stay more comfortable.

Only a 2-minute walk to Starbucks and 5 min walk to McDonald’s, Burger King, and Dominos pizza. 10 minutes to any beaches private and public and a 20-minute drive to the Oludeniz.

Situated in one of the Fethiye’s most beautiful neighbourhoods, "Avilia Suites" enjoys a prestigious and convenient location. It is right next to the famous promenade filled with restaurants, friendly bars, pubs, jogging and bicycle path. This 40 m2 (430 sq.ft.) suite features a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a washing machine. This suite does not have cooking equipments(stove, microwave, kitchenware, pans, etc) to cook meals and it is not possible to cook in this suite.

Our apartment has everything you need. You just need to come with your luggage and personal supplies. There are Migros,bakery,patisserie and pharmacy within 5 minutes walking distance to our apartment. It is also within walking distance to the public transportation route. It is 15 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 6 km from Calis beach. The pool is shared in our apartment. We kindly request our guests to leave the house tidy and clean, and to wash the kitchen utensils they have used.

Quiet top-floor flat with a wide terrace overlooking the bay - the kind of view that makes you put your phone down. The space is simple, clean, and stocked with what you need for a short stay. The area is peaceful, but it’s just a 10-minute walk to town or a quick drive to the beaches. There’s also a scenic forest hike up to the abandoned village of Kayaköy. We live nearby and try to keep everything smooth, thoughtful, and low-key so you can enjoy your stay.

PHEDORA SUITE TURUNC is an apartment with a pool 3 km from Ölüdeniz beach. It is within walking distance to the market, restaurant, shopping, pharmacy and places to meet your personal needs. There is 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 1 living room and kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be opened and turned into a bed. Max 3 people can stay. There are tools for cooking all kinds of food in the kitchen.
