Primrose Cottage Annexe is a newly converted detached property compromising of lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Offering complete privacy and separate entrance from the main property it is a great place to relax overlooking our garden which is full of wildlife. In the heart of Warsash the property is 5 minutes walk from Warsash Sailing club, Maritime Academy and 3 great pubs. Also a 10 minute drive to Whiteley Business Park, Shopping, NATS, making it a great base whilst away for work or leisure

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

We have a spacious L shaped living area - 33ft (10m) x 19ft (6m) - with wood burner and enclosed garden. We're confident you will have a stay to remember. Includes good, fast WiFi. No smoking in the house is allowed - thank you.

Light airy building ideal for relaxing either on the large leather sofas or on the furniture in the garden. In all weathers there is always something to see out of the large patio doors. Stony beach and slipway for boats only metres from the property. Ideal for long walks watching the sunset and relaxing.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Studio apartment, on private driveway in an elevated position with fabulous views over the solent and off road parking (electric car charging available on request) Snug in the winter and cool in the summer, great for spotting red squirrels and all the cruise ships! A 15 minute walk from central Cowes and the red jet. It’s an ideal bolthole and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 min walk to the sea for a cold water dip.

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
